Mudras For Fighting Stress

While meditating, you can also use a mudra. A mudra is a hand position. It is believed that each part of your hand produces a reflex action in a certain part of your brain, so by using those connections, you are able to produce different kinds of effects. Mudras lock and guide the energy flow as well as reflex to your brain. Hence, you can use different mudras to connect with the portions of your brain that generate neurotransmitters decreasing stress and promoting happiness. One of the most effective mudras for fighting stress and anxiety is the Tse mudra.

Using Tse Mudra

Tse mudra helps drive away all sorts of sadness, anxiety, nervousness, depression, and fear. In addition, it is believed it helps in averting bad luck and misfortune as well. It also helps enhance your mental and intuitive powers and increases your aura as it affects your body’s water element.

To practice it, sit comfortably and place your hands on your thighs. Place your thumb on your little finger’s root and use the fingers to cover your thumb. Begin inhaling via your nose. Keep your eyes closed. Practice it seven to nine times a day for great results.
